Step 1:
Schedule Your Design Date
Our collaboration begins when you book your design date. You know yourself best. Pick a design date that will allow you enough time to write your content and make decisions about colors, fonts, etc.
Step 2:
Complete the Branding Boot Camp
After scheduling your day, you will get access to your self-guided Branding Boot Camp resources and workbook. It will help you define your brand, and provide the template for your website content. A week or two before your design date, we’ll meet to discuss what you’ve put together and your questions.
Step 3:
Direct Your Own Design Day
Your workbook is complete and your design day is here! First thing in the morning, we’ll review your brand and content. After getting clear on your vision, I will begin my work creating your Squarespace website. We will check in at several points throughout the day to get your feedback. By 5 pm, you will have a website that’s ready for review and access to virtual training on how to update it yourself.
Launch Your Website, and Your Vision
After your design day, you will have two weeks to review and provide feedback on your website. As a part of your package, you will get up to two hours of after-design day support hours that can be used within the first two weeks after your design day to make changes, get extra training, and, of course, launch your website!
Step 4:
What happens after launch?
After launch, you will become a part of the virtual Tiny Tiger family.
Get access to an online community of fellow clients that you can connect with to discuss marketing or the day-to-day challenges of running a small business.
In addition to the online one-hour training from Tiny Tiger on how to update your website, Squarespace has its own how-to materials as well as chat support for any questions you may have. You can also book Cary’s time on an hourly basis for additional coaching or for adding new features to your website as your business grows.
Costs
The branding guidebook, pre-day coaching call, design day, and post-launch support hours are currently priced at an introductory rate of $1,500.
To reserve your date, you will need to deposit $750 when you schedule your design day. The remaining $750 will be due on your design date. For most small business owners, this is no small investment.
